Davide joined A4E as a Policy Director in 2024, after many years of advising companies and trade associations on transport and travel, energy, technology and sustainability matters.

Before his spell in public affairs consulting, Davide worked at RAND Europe, where he contributed to creating the European Defence Skills Partnership on behalf of the European Commission, contributing to coalition building across the aerospace and defence sector. He also worked in the in-house think tank of the European Parliament (DG EPRS), and in the office of NATO’s Secretary General.

Davide holds degrees from the University of Milan and from the Institut d’études européennes in Brussels. He is fluent in Italian, English and French and has some basic command of Spanish and German.
