Beatrice Pepe joined Airlines for Europe (A4E) as a Communication Manager in September 2024.
Beatrice has expertise in strategic communication, advocacy campaigns and engagement strategies. Before joining A4E, Beatrice worked at BSEF – the International Bromine Council as a Public Affairs and Communication Officer. In this role, she ensured the delivery and promotion of BSEF’s communication work, media outreach, and the success of its events. She also managed daily communications, including the association’s website, newsletters, and social media accounts.
Previously, she spent three years at the International Association of Oil & Gas Producers (IOGP) as a Policy and Administrative Officer and interned at a Belgian non-profit organization specializing in participative democracy.
Beatrice holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Sapienza University (Italy) and a bilingual (English-French) Master’s degree in Globalization and Public Policies from the Free University of Brussels (ULB), with a specialization in energy and environment.
A native Italian, Beatrice is fluent in English, French, and Spanish.
